5 technology resolutions for 2019

While many people make personal resolutions for the coming year, we want to encourage business owners and managers to consider these business New Year’s resolutions.

  1. We will commit at least as much budget money to our #technology as we do on #marketing.

  2. When reviewing our current IT provider or interviewing any replacement IT/MSP partners, price will not be in our top 5 considerations. Instead we will focus on value. quality and the breadth of services offered.

  3. If we are obligated to be compliant with #HIPAA, #PCI or any other compliance standard, we will treat this seriously and devote the necessary time, resources and materials needed to properly comply.

  4. We understand that data theft and security measures are not somebody else’s problem but our solemn promise to our customers, employees, vendors and other stakeholders.

  5. Having a credible #business continuity and disaster recovery plan is not optional. You must have these things to be sound and legitimate business.

While we could easily expand this list at the very least it starts a conversation that you should be having as a business with a trustworthy partner like us.

For more information feel free to contact us and in the meantime, please accept our best wishes for a Happy, Safe and very Prosperous 2019!
