Red Alert-Customer Needs Help!

Our old after-hours emergency alerting system worked okay. Good, but not perfect and not full-proof. Even though the incidence of after-hours emergencies is very low for us, as part of our commitment to providing unparalleled customer service and a positive customer experience with every interaction with our company, we always look for ways to improve ourselves for the customers' benefit.


With this in mind we switched our emergency alerting system to OnPage and the improvements were both noticeable and immediate plus employee morale was boosted as techs no longer needed to carry two devices or take any extra steps to be alerted to emergencies. A side but important benefit was the security of the communications from a compliance perspective.
